Responsibilities
Produce high quality SOA 48 hours before the SOA meeting
Responsible for producing accurate quotes and strategies
Working with Financial Planners on strategy development
SOA preparation, insurance prefilling and documents packaging
Working closely with other members of the team whilst having the ability to work autonomously
Responsible for requesting in force quotes 2 weeks before the SOA meeting
Responsible for checking completed research and preassessments before producing strategies
Requirements
2-3 years experience is a similar role/capacity
Experience in the Australian Market is highly preferred
Ability to prepare compliant advice documents such as SOA's and ROA's
Working closely with Financial Planners and another Paraplanner to develop strategies and advice
Assisting the administration team members with implementation of advice;
Liaising with key stakeholders such as product providers
Liaising with clients, as required
Supporting Financial Planners with administrative duties.
