Junior IT Staff (On-Site Cyber Sigma, Taguig)
 
Job Summary:
 
The Junior IT Staff provides technical support, assists in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helps maintain the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. This role is ideal for individuals starting their IT careers who are eager to learn and grow within a technology-driven environment.
 
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows/Mac OS, and common applications (Microsoft Office, email clients).
Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing) is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, network).
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and respond to IT support tickets or requests in a timely manner.
Assist in troubleshooting basic network issues (e.g., connectivity problems).
Support the IT team in maintaining software updates, antivirus protection, and system backups.
Help maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
Assist in user account creation, password resets, and access rights.
Document issues and solutions for future reference.
Perform other related tasks as required by the IT Supervisor or Manager.
