This role is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team who partner closely with all of Jollibee Food Corporation's banners in the Philippines including Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Chowking, Greenwich Pizza, Panda Express, Pho 24 and more.

What you will do for us:
Own the relationships with JFC's six Business Units and their respective leaders to ensure clarity on each BU's growth strategies and needs from a marketing perspective.
Be responsible for creating, planning and executing all marketing programs with each of the key JFC banners to deliver and agreed System KPIs; NSR, Volume and OI.
Bring relevant global and local insights to JFC's BU teams as a beverage category expert leading their thinking around beverages.
Think out of the box; identify unique opportunities, gain alignment, and execute programs
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the customer-specific marketing initiatives to delivery on company objectives while supporting customer's growth
Ensure execution of all programs with strong alignment from all stakeholders within JFC and create seamless alignment within the System to translate marketing programs into volume
Exhibit beverage captainship with the customer Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC).
Optimize DMI management to delivery within annual budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
5-8 years strategic leadership roles with customers. Foodservice industry experience, especially from a global QSR player an advantage.
Strong initiative with a willingness to trial new ideas and think out of the box
Influencing skills and an ability to collaborate across all levels of an organisation
Good understanding of consumer dynamics and customer marketing.
Business experience across multiple functions (RGM, commercial, categories and/or channels)
