About the Role:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our CDO team! If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping people, this is your chance to start or grow your career in the BPO industry.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails
Provide accurate information and assistance to customer inquiries
Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
Document customer interactions and update records
Ensure quality and satisfaction in every interaction
Qualifications:
At least HS/SHS graduate or college level/graduate (any course)
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro on shifting schedules
BPO/CSR experience is a plus, but not required - fresh graduates are welcome!
