Requirements
Preferably possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Tourism , Business Management or Marketing Courses.
Japanese who lives in the Phils is an advantage / Bilingual who is JLPT N1/N2
Professional skills with above average written and verbal communication both in Japanese and English
Confident enough to communicate with Japanese officials/ VIP in a company.
With 3- 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Office 365
With good customer service skills and strong work ethics
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various tasks in a diverse working group.
Responsibilities
Familiarize and be able to create package tours and presentations for corporate incentive tours and operations.
Organize/Plan Meeting, Events, and Conference (online/actual) for clientele.
Periodically visit the customer's office and do sales calls, understand corporate business flow and be able to extend help to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of Corporate Sales and Marketing.
Organize travels from beginning to end, through coordination with other departments in booking tickets, contacting suppliers for accommodation, securing rental transportation, making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Assist Japanese clients in booking airline tickets, hotels, transfers etc.
Supply clients with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, itinerary, event programs etc.
Do Tour Escorting, assist and serve customers with a sense of responsibility for their utmost satisfaction.
