JOB DETAILS:

Requirements:
Proficiency Japanese and English Language
Graduate of Computer Science, IT or any related course
N1 to N3 Passer or Level 1 to level 3
Knowledge in MS OFFICE Suite, Office 365, Active directory, Hardware and software
Good troubleshooting skills
ITIL Certificate is an advantage
Preferably with at least 2-3 years helpdesk experience
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to client through voice call, email and chat
Interpret request onshore counterparts needs and provide resolution to ensure quality of service
Attend to client request and bridge it to the development team
Confirm output quality of functional design
Review translation quality
