Company Profile: Provides integrated services and solutions to corporations worldwide in the areas of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology.
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
Open for Japanese National with permanent residency
Open to N1 - N2 Passer or level (No JLPT certificate required)
With Good English communication skills
Open for High School, Vocational, Associate graduates
BPO/CSR experience is an advantage but not required
Willing to work in Alabang and shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with planning and booking reservations through calls, email or chat
Processes payments and sends the details and confirmation to the guests.
Ensure customer satisfaction in transactions by providing the best solutions for their complaints and queries.
Handle Japanese and English inquiries
