Provide basic troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and networks.
Set up and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connections (including crimping and basic setups).
Install, configure, and support different operating systems.
Assist with ERP or database systems (experience is a plus).
Perform basic coding tasks and apply tech awareness in daily support.
Handle IT-related documentation, reports, and admin support.
Work closely with staff to ensure smooth IT operations and provide clear guidance.
Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course (preferred, but not required).
Knowledge of different operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux is a plus).
Skills in basic coding/programming.
Familiar with LAN/Wi-Fi setups and troubleshooting.
Problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, reliable, and proactive in handling tasks.
