1. Set up the IT infrastructure:

Choosing hardware: Selecting appropriate computers, printers, servers, and storage devices based on the company's needs.
Selecting software: Choosing operating systems, productivity suites, email platforms, and other essential software.
2. Create user accounts and permissions:
Setting up accounts: Creating individual logins for each employee with unique usernames and secure passwords.
Assigning permissions: Granting access to specific files, folders, applications, and systems based on job roles and responsibilities.
Managing access control: Regularly reviewing and updating user permissions to maintain security and compliance.
3. Install and configure applications:
Installing software: Downloading, installing, and activating necessary software programs on company devices.
