We are looking for highly motivated and well spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. He/ She will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating effectively with customers, and understanding their needs. As an Inside Sales Representative you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers. Job Duties Discovering and exploring business opportunities Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce TP solutions and identify potential clients. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how TP solution will speak to those needs. Prequalify leads based on BANT criteria and set appointments for TP account managers Work closely with TP Account Managers for targeted accounts that needs further qualification and/or assistance Manage data for new and prospective clients using CRM ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached. Contacting potential clients to establish connections and arrange meetings. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Skills Experience in sales - lead generation Strong communication skills Closing skills Motivation for sales Prospecting skills Sales planning Presentation skills Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills At least 2 years of inside sales experience covering the PH market with strong B2B exposure Familiar or has used Salesforce as CRM (preferred but not required) Strong research skills through different channels (Linkedin, Google etc)
