Who are we looking for?
At least 2 years of college undergraduate (with or without back subjects) or a completed associate's/diploma degree
Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, including 6 months in inbound sales in a BPO setting.
Good understanding of consumer electronics products
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work on rotating shifts
With access to a quiet and secured room and at least a 30 MBPS internet subscription
Can temporarily work from home and onsite in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
