Handle inbound customer calls and assist with product orders
Maximize close rates and revenue per call through effective sales techniques
Promote and sell club memberships and related offers
Accurately capture customer contact information (email, mobile, etc.)
Maintain high productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Required Experience:
Proven experience in sales or customer service (inbound preferred)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Motivated by performance metrics and incentives
Comfortable with remote technology and CRM tools
Reliable attendance and time management
