Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound lead calls
- Represent, promote, up-sell/cross-sell the product/services to the customers
Qualifications:
- A dynamic personality with a sales drive and focus on reaching the targeted revenue
- A passion for delivering a great customer experience, and building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) including good telephone skills.
- Preferably with chat and email experience
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- With at least 1-2 years of BPO experience is a must
- Undergraduates with 2-3 years of working experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, sales, or other similar over-the-phone positions (is a plus).
