You will ensure client's satisfaction by overseeing the operations of lines of business under management in a way that drives employee engagement while achieving program-wide financial goals. Drive KPI achievement by coaching agents daily on improvement opportunities presented by client feedback/updates and QC feedback
Ensure team schedule adherence with daily check ins and monitoring
Maintain accurate attendance records for direct reports within timekeeping tool
Monitor and respond to design related questions/concerns in client & designer support chats
Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member to ensure your and their thorough understanding of:
o The program's collective goal and benefits
o Their life goals and career path
o The expectations of their role
o Your and their expectations of each other
Provide weekly reporting on designer KPI improvement to direct leader
Live by and promote ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy)
Perform ad hoc tasks and other activities, as required by the Company
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 6 months of BPO Team lead / SME / Industry Project Supervisor experience is a must
Excellent level of English communication skills
With at least 25Mbps internet speed
Can work on shifting schedule
