We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Specialist with a strong background in Employee Relations and Discipline to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical in promoting a positive work environment, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies, and supporting leadership in managing workplace issues effectively and professionally.
 
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, workplace concerns, and disciplinary.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, and other workplace incidents, ensuring objectivity, fairness, and compliance.
Draft and review documentation related to disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
Partner with legal counsel when needed to address high-risk or complex employee relations matters.
Track and analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive strategies to reduce issues and foster a positive work culture.
Ensure all actions are compliant with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist with policy development and updates in alignment with current legislation and best practices.
Support organizational change and workforce planning initiatives by providing insight on team dynamics and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Psychology).
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with an emphasis on employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee issues and conduct thorough investigations.
Expertise in employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
