Is currently looking for:
Procurement Specialist
 
Responsible for the day to day overseeing and managing the purchasing process in the company, negotiating with vendors and ensuring that vendors acquire goods and services effectively and efficiently. 
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Assisting with the daily activities of the procurement process, procurement of materials, supplies and equipment
Planning the purchases of equipment, services and supplies
Monitoring and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records
Monitor/ updating supplier information and maintaining good supplier relation
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices 
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needs
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Track, monitor, and manage costumers' procurement activities orders to ensure timely delivery to clients
Other related task assigned by the management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
 
Candidate must possess a college degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related field  
With at least 1 year experience in procurement or relevant experienced gained from an IT industry
Knowledgeable in IT products, services and pricing
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.) and google sheets
With strong leadership and good negotiation skills
Adaptable, hardworking, and committed to work
Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
Capable of multitasking well under pressure
Presentable with excellent people skills
Goal-oriented and proactive; dependable and trustworthy
