🏢 Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HubSpot Administrator to support both Sales and Marketing teams. This role focuses primarily on backend operations such as ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and reliable reporting, while also providing light support for front-end activities like pipeline management and lead-related tasks when needed. The ideal candidate enjoys optimizing systems behind the scenes but is flexible enough to assist with frontline requirements occasionally.🔑 Key Responsibilities:Backend Focus:
Maintain HubSpot data hygiene including cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing database optimization.
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations.
Build, update, and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales and Marketing teams.
Ensure accuracy of data across contacts, companies, deals, and activities.
Support backend workflows, automation improvements, and configuration updates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards.
Uphold best practices for data management and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Light Front-End Support:
Assist with basic pipeline updates, property adjustments, or minor configuration needs.
Provide occasional support on lead management tasks such as assignment rules, list updates, or routing adjustments.
Help troubleshoot small user-related issues within the CRM.
Requirements💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Experience as a HubSpot Administrator, CRM Specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM especially reporting, workflows, and data management.
Certification in HubSpot Reporting, Revenue Operations, or similar HubSpot credentials is a strong advantage.
Excellent attention to detail with a passion for clean and organized data.
Ability to manage integrations and troubleshoot platform issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
Experience supporting both Sales and Marketing operations.
Familiarity with HubSpot APIs or integration tools like Zapier, Make, or SyncApps.
