Role Purpose
The role holder provides routine support in the operation and administration of one or more specialized HR areas. Participates in the delivery of operational solutions for compensation and benefits analysis, training, workforce planning, employee relations, and regulations compliance. Supports processes in such areas as new hire employment administration, personnel administration, organizational/position management, officer and executive data administration, and international HR data information management. Participates in the implementation of human resource policies in agreement with current business strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Work with business stakeholders to understand their learning and talent requirements , understanding business drivers, plans and current skill gaps.
Build a plan to address these needs working collaboratively with stakeholders from the business, experts in L&TD and more broadly across HR where needed.
Oversee execution of training plan end to end, working with business stakeholders , internal stakeholders and training vendors.
Deliver / facilitate training classes as required by the business and or delivery center.
Projects & Programs: Possess a moderate level of knowledge in one or more specialized HR programs, processes, and/or tools.
Ongoing Business Unit Management Support: Provide managers, employees, and HR colleagues with day-to-day support in the application of specialized HR programs, processes and tools.
HR Service: Deliver all aspects of specialized HR work within defined HR service levels and with high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide consistent and appropriate follow-up on the resolution of issues to employees and business managers.
Networking: Develop productive internal and external relationships to build a reputation as an HR specialist.
HR Role Model: Provide HR support for assigned projects to ensure HR best practices and quality standards are implemented. Develop resolutions to problems of moderate scope and make recommendations to Sr. HR colleagues.
Development: Actively seek internal and external training and development opportunities to further develop competencies and/or move beyond the scope of the role.
Performance: Ensure individual objectives are agreed with management and consistently work toward achieving them.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience with the Learning and Talent Development
Experience in facilitating training classes up to manager level
Experience in presenting to business stakeholders
Experience in project and program management / Program Development
Understanding of instructional design principles / Curriculum Development
Experience in Learning Management System administration
Experience in Technical /Methodologies Training like ITIL v4 Foundations , Root Cause Analysis etc.
Experience in working with different cultural background or accross geographical locations.
Training Certification (Professional or Technical) a plus but not required
Work background in technology companies or shared services is highly preferred
Proficient in all MS Office Application specifically Powerpoint and Excel .

Contribute to the attainment of the desired business results for the specialized HR program, processes, and/or tools.
Contribute to the achievement of all defined HR Service Levels.
Effective support for specialized HR programs, practices, procedure, tools and techniques within agreed timescale and budgets.
Mitigation of risk to the business through accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of data in day-to-day activities.
Credible relationships built with employees, managers, HR managers and colleagues, and support functions, as evidenced by positive feedback.
Valuable contribution made to the HR function, as evidenced by project team extended feedback.
