HR SPECIALIST - EMPLOYEE / LABOR RELATIONS
 
Location: Mandaue City, Cebu
 
Salary Range: 16,000 - 18,000

Rest Day Schedule: Saturday and Sunday
Time of Work: Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM-6:00 PM); Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Disciplinary Process Management - Handles the end-to-end disciplinary process, including validation of incident reports, drafting and issuance of Notices to Explain (NTE) and Notices of Decision (NOD), and administration of administrative hearings.
Case Documentation and Management Updates - Reviews documentation for Employee Relations cases to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely receipt. Ensures all cases are fully documented and updated in the employee discipline tracker in accordance with established protocols.
Service Delivery and Performance - Delivers day-to-day ER administrative services in alignment with expected service levels and business performance goals.
Labor-Management Committee (LMC) Facilitation - Conducts regular LMC meetings with the Union and ensures timely resolution and closure of all concerns raised.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Should have a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Be detail-oriented and organized, especially in handling sensitive documentation
Have a proactive and solution-focused mindset
Can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Labor Relations, Labor Law, Employee Relations) are an advantage.
