In this role,
You will be responsible in providing first level resolution on the following concerns: Preboarding (PageUp, Applicant queries, Referral), Onboarding (Employment Screening, Mobility, Psych Assessment), Benefits, Data Management, Performance, Learning, HRIS, Payroll, Salary Packaging and Leave Management, Remuneration & Rewards, Reporting / Metrics, External clients (e.g., applicants, 3rd party, terminated employees etc.),
Ensure assigned cases are responded to within defined SLA and with a high level of accuracy and customer support, Re-assign cases to Tier 2, process owner or alternate escalation as appropriate,
Establish working relationships with key HR stakeholders and Participate on HR Service Desk projects and initiatives as required.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
Understanding of Macquarie Group policies and systems associated with specific job responsibilities;
Adheres to shifting schedule
Strong communication skills - verbal and written (in English);
Problem solving skills and customer service
Strong Microsoft Office skills - specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
High attention to detail / accuracy
Ability to adapt quickly and develop new knowledge
Operational excellence mindset; Good at managing tasks through to completion
Ability to work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
Collaborative, team-based work style and Relative experience on HR Service desk in a shared services or captive industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
