Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically You Will...
Draft offer letters and related contracts for shortlisted candidates globally.
Set up new profiles for hires in several cloud-based systems as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that new hires are set up to be productive from day one.
Set up standard company induction programs for new hires.
Experience:
3-5 years experience in HR Onboarding/Operations.
Superb communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree
