JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources operations and ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives. The role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is generally required.
Master's Degree (Optional): A Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Organizational Development is an added advantage for senior roles.
HR Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):
PHR (Professional in Human Resources)
SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources)
SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional)
SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional)
CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) certifications, depending on your region.
