Urgent Hiring! - HR MANAGER
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors government mandates, memos, and updates
Data entry to Master list and payroll - related information
Ensure that all government concerns and statutory contributions are properly and on time remitted.
Consults with management and provides daily HR guidance
Resolves complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances
Suggests and implements HR strategies
Provides clerical and administrative support to All Department
Updates advertisement for hiring activities and do the recruitment tasks as needed
Conduct orientation and meetings for new employees
Provide advice and assistance on company policies, procedures, and documentations
Perform other related duties as required by Managers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent or 4-year course Bachelors Degree.
Must be well - versed in Philippine National Wages and Productivity policies and guidelines, as well as Philippine Labor Law; advanced MS Excel skills
Must have a profound knowledge of the HR core functions (Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development Employee and Labor Relations, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills and can work with people at all levels of the organization.
Can work under minimal supervision.
