HR ASSISTANT
 
Job Description:
Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Draft and prepare various HR-related letters and documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Keep track with the time and attendance of all employees.
Process statutory benefits (SSS, PHIC & HDMF).
Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and support general HR administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, BSBA major in Human Resource Mgt & Development, or in any relevant field
Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably with a focus on recruitment, timekeeping, and statutory benefits.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet timelines on deliverables.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software systems is a plus.
Resourceful and must have strong and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
