Job Description:
 
The primary responsibilities of an HR manager include recruitment, employee engagement, and training. You will be essential in luring, nurturing, and keeping exceptional employees. In order to improve our workforce's skills and competences and provide them with the tools they need to succeed in their positions, it will be your responsibility to develop and administer training programs. In addition, you will supervise the entire hiring process to find outstanding applicants who share the goals and values of our business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, put into action, and oversee extensive training programs that cater to the needs of different departments, from professional development to onboarding.
Work together with the HR staff to pinpoint training requirements and create focused programs that support the organization's objectives.
Use staff development, performance indicators, and feedback to assess the success of training programs.
Hold training sessions, seminars, and workshops to promote a culture of learning and skill development.
Oversee the hiring process, which includes finding, vetting, interviewing, and choosing applicants for a range of roles within the company.
Work together with hiring managers to establish candidate profiles, job descriptions, and an understanding of the requirements for each position.
Create and execute cutting-edge hiring tactics to draw in elite candidates using a variety of platforms, such as networking events, job boards, and social media.
Establish and preserve connections with outside organizations and educational institutions to aid in the recruitment and development of talent.
Monitor adherence to pertinent labor laws, rules, and corporate guidelines during the hiring and onboarding phases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline. An appropriate Master's degree is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in an HR management position or a related job with an exposure to all facets of HR.
Proven ability to create and implement training programs that promote the growth and development of staff members.
Thorough familiarity with candidate tracking systems, sourcing strategies, and recruitment procedures.
Knowledge of labor laws and rules, guaranteeing adherence in all human resources procedures. Being conversant with educational regulations is advantageous.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to interact and work together with stakeholders of all stripes.
Proactive in recognizing and addressing HR issues and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
Extreme honesty, discretion, and moral behavior when managing delicate HR issues.
