Job Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate of Psychology or HRDM or of any related course.
At least 4 years Proven HR Experience in ALL Human Resource Aspects (could be at least 3 years experience but with PROVEN knowledge as Generalist)
Has knowledge on statutory benefits, labor laws, payroll and conducting trainings/seminars.
Strong decision making and initiative skills.
Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic
Strong technical abilities, and computer literate (specifically on Microsoft word and Excel, Presentation)
