The HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. They have the knack for recruiting the right talents, is experienced in employee engagement, strategic in retention strategies, keen on performance management and is adept at identifying problems and finding solutions. The HR Manager will lead the team in promoting corporate values, to stimulate and sustain a positive culture, create a workplace that feels safe, motivated and happy while adhering to processes and policies to help influence and execute business objectives.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle which includes all activities for recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance & compensation management, grievance management and off-boarding.
Develop, review and implement HR strategies, budgets, targets and policies in alignment with business goals.
Work closely with inter-department managers in matters relating to HR and admin.
Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal and preparation for yearly salary assessment.
Over all in charge of all external manpower requirements.
Manage and oversee office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies and equipment, management of contracts, lease or tenancy agreements, organization and office space management, shuttles, liaison with vendors and contractors.
Process monthly payroll, tax clearance and government contributions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
At least 3 years of work experience in HR; ideally in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry.
Well versed with the Labor Code of the Philippines , and statutory rules and regulation.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Strong operational discipline - able to optimally handle time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills - able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
Excellent administrative skills - able to plan, prioritize, and execute vital activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy
Collaboration skills - able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds
Creative and critical thinker who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and is driven to deliver
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
