Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, psychology, or an equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field as an HR generalist.
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end process. Be able to compute using an automated system or manually.
Filling and remittance of the monthly contribution, premium, ,loans to SSS, Pag-Ibig, and Philhealth.
Implement and monitor company policies. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
Prepare and implement a written memo of suspension up to and including termination
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open position
Handle onboarding process of newly hired employees
Record keeping and filling of documents
Responsible for assisting the Training Coordinator in training module development, facilitation of training (Technical and soft skills) and maintains training documentation.
Assist GM with constructive and timely performance evaluations
Assist the organization with company initiatives and activities.
