 Baking/Baker Technician
 
A. Minimum Educational Qualification
1. At least high school graduate or college graduate
B. Experience and Skills:
1. Must be an experienced baker.
2. Able to trouble shoot baking problems.
3. Sales experience in flour and bakery ingredients business is an advantage.
4. Can deal with customers effectively.
5. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license.
7. Must be computer literate.
C. Duties and responsibilities:
1. Attends directly to customers' baking problems and inquiries concerning GMC's Flour and Bakery Products
2. Conducts bakery demo per SS requests
3. Conducts bakery to bakery visits and recommends for demo subject for approval
4. Together with Technical Sales Specialist, conducts training and seminars of Sales Personnel and customers e.g. technical session, baking demonstrations, product orientation, updates on new products and other industry related information.
5. Performs other task that maybe assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.
