SALES SPECIALIST
 
Job Overview:
 
This position aims to promote our products and services to possible new clients. To be able to keep up with the ever changing food scene, keeping up with current trends is essential. For us to ensure customer satisfaction, good communication skills are needed to elicit feedback, both positive and negative, to ensure we cater to the needs of our clientele.
 
Responsibilities:
Work with product applications specialists/Baking technicians in servicing the needs of bakers, bakery supervisors and business owners relative to flour and bakery product business.
Coordinate with the Research and Development and Quality Assurance teams to align with client's feedback and product requirements or specifications and process the feedback of clients.
Visit institutional accounts and assist with technical services.
Endorse and execute proposals for group baking demos, baking seminars, and other baking-related training.
Develop baking recipes and procedures with basic tutorial and training outlines and materials.
Work with sales specialists in developing potential market for bakery products distribution.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Food Technology/ related fields
2- 3 years working experience in sales
Experience in sales of food-related items especially bakery related is an advantage
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to travel (Vis-Min) area
