TAN FRANCHISE GROUP (SHAKEYS) is currently looking for a HR Generalist with the following qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field;
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources functions;
Knowledgeable in all facets of HR, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, and 201 management;
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements;
With strong organizational skills and is keen to details;
With excellent communication skills;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively; and,
Can start immediately.
