Recruitment Specialists will undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Its responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers. As a generalist, one will support the business as the responsible HR contact point giving advice in human resources-related activities and questions which includes supports planning long-term human resource needs and competence development; managing compensation and benefits programs locally, and maintaining human resource information systems. HR Generalists are advocates for the company and may also act as the official employer representative towards employee representatives. Maintains and implements the HR policies, procedures, and programs to best meet the organization ́s objectives.

· Assists in various day-to-day HR matters, administrative tasks on demand. Provides administrative support within personnel management and administration.
· Handles administration and communication related to the HR policies, procedures, and programs. Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs with the local HR team.
· Assists and advises employees and managers about HR issues.
· Act as a contact point to business management and employees. Advices and shares knowledge and experience within the HR area.
· Works together with the HR team to develop, improve and implement processes and procedures within the area of responsibility.
