Position: HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Handle employee relations and engagement activities.
Support performance evaluation and training programs.
Administer government and company benefits.
Ensure policy compliance and maintain HR records.
Prepare HR reports such as headcount and attendance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
At least 1 year of experience in HR or related field.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
