Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.
Support HR Supervisor in implementation of HR policies and procedures
Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a specialized role.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.Experience in both corporate and external hiring setups.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Amenable to work in a hybrid setup.
