Job Title: Recruitment Specialist | Talent Acquisition SpecialistWorkplace Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)Contract Type: Project-Based (6-12 Months)The RoleWe're looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-3 years of solid experience in general recruitment, IT hiring, and regional (APAC) recruitment. This role will be under a project-based contract for 6 months to 1 year, supporting high-volume and specialized hiring needs across the organization.Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Recruit for both IT and non-IT roles across local and regional markets.
Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct headhunting.
Build and maintain strong pipelines to support ongoing project requirements.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication.
Prepare recruitment reports and support employer branding initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, including IT and APAC hiring.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using ATS and modern recruitment tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Willing and able to work under a project-based contract for 6-12 months.
