General Function:
 
Supports human resources department general requirements, personnel, timekeeping; administering employee compensation and benefit programs, safety and risk management; maintaining human resources records (new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and other leave).Orients new employees, implementation of company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information;
Qualification:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business related course.
Technical knowledge and experience in ALL HR facets (compensationand benefits, government compliance, employee relations,organizational development, policies administration).
Possesses excellent communication skills both oral and written.
At least 1 year of work experience.
Ability to write reports and correspondence clearly and effectively
Able to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment and perform with minimal supervision
Has the following personal attributes: maintain standards of conduct, respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics, and consistent and fair and ability to multi-task, work with various challenges
Computer Literacy of MS Word, PPT, Excel - High.
