HR ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Graduate of BS Psychology / Human Resource Management
With knowledge and at least with 2 years experience in all facets of HR.
High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
With good written and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Can work under pressure and multi-tasking.
Can start ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist HR Officer
Prepares payroll of employees.
Assist in Recruitment process.
Familiar with filling HR government mandatories for company's compliance.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and on-boarding process.
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Team.
Performs other duties as assigned
