Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Data Management - Collating employee feedback and recording | Analysis of data
HR Systems -Accurately prepares attendance report for payroll | Checks attendance entry
Payroll - Accurately prepares payroll
Employee Benefits - Facilitates processing of benefits covering leaves, medical and hospital benefits, insurance and other benefits the company provides, and government mandatory benefits
Administrative Support - Processes requisitions for supplies, equipment and funds | Assists in conducting employee orientation and training and development activities, including facilitating evaluation.
Qualifications
Atleast 2 years of relevant experience - With compensation and benefits experience
Graduate of any related course
Amenable to work in Pasig City Office
Amenable to work ASAP
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Great communication skills.
