About the Role
As the Human Resources Assistant, you are expected to be the subject matter expert on the Human Resources process, legislation, and compliance. You will serve as the conduit between Filta and its Human Resources Supplier. This position will also need to be updated on the current updates in the market and provide feedback to the team and HR Suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Sending out new hires' information to the selected HR Supplier for the drafting of the contract.
Coordinating with HR Suppliers about salary increases, benefits, and changes to employment status.
Processing and coordinating offboarding employees and processing staff's clearance for final payment.
Liaising with co-working space point of contact for employees that will go onsite and monitoring the number of seats we have for each provider.
Preparing contracts for contractors and interns.
Adding new hires and creating credentials in the current internal system.
Updating the system for new hiring managers or point of contact from the client.
Approving information updates from employees.
Creating job offer letters for candidates endorsed by a recruiter and uploading them on ClickUp.
Collecting and validating government forms and other needed pre-employment requirements from candidates.
Collecting Work from Home Policy Agreement from candidates and uploading it on ClickUp.
Collecting Medical Certificates and processing reimbursements to be submitted to the Bookkeeper.
Reporting on response and resolution time of HR Suppliers.
Administering Net Promoter scores.
Monitoring regularisation status to ensure the compliance and standards are being followed.
Monitoring coaching logs and Notice to Explain letters.
Representing Filta to HR Suppliers when it comes to serving NTEs and designated sanctions.
About You
You have high attention to detail and are resilient to changes. You should be an expert on labour relations and current updates from the market concerning employment. You have the ability to represent Filta to its HR Supplier and push back if need be.
Position Requirements:
With at least two years of experience in being a Human Resource Generalist.
Excellent knowledge of the Philippine Labour Laws.
With high attention to detail and a growth mindset.

Shift Time
6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday.
