Job Summary
 
Reports directly to the CEO and responsible for managing and assisting general Human Resources functions and staff.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
HR Recruitment Tasks
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various channels
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Evaluate shortlists of qualified candidates with hiring managers
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
HR Management Tasks
Lead and Manage the HR Department to reach the departmental goals and objectives.
Head employee engagement and performance review
Evaluate and enforce employee corrective action activities and documentation.
Conduct and lead admin hearings.
Manage and represent the company in all DOLE or NLRC related concerns.
Manage Succession planning.
Manage 201 files.
Head Policy development and monitoring.
Time-keeping, compensation and benefits review
Staff orientation and training
Primary Backup to HR Staff
Assist in procuring government-mandated company requirements such as business permits and other compliance-related documents.
Coordinate with the HMO Provider.
Head 1-on-1 and weekly meetings with the HR Department and Department Heads.
Perform other HR tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate head.
Office Administration Tasks
Manage and direct partners assigned in the unit.
Review and approve purchase requests and payment for office and pantry supplies.
Manage and ensure office cleanliness and orderliness.
Review and oversee office equipment resources maintenance.
Regularly review and monitor office equipment and supplies inventory.
Other tasks that your immediate head may assign from time to time.
