YOUR ROLE
- Ensures exact services has been defined as ordered by the customer. - Performs various activities to support finance department and billing processes. - Provides quality assurance, quality control, and customer service; ensure that deadlines are met and tasks are completed
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiates and prepares the Import / Export shipments as per client profile and business needs.
- Actively communicates with Focal Point in local office.
- Maintains latest working instructions.
- Executes fast, accurate transaction processing with data parsing, entry, updating and organization.
- Works closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
- Reviews the information entered by the export office.
- Ensures all documents needed are complete e.g. Seaway Bill, Profit Loss or Credit Note, Intercompany Invoice.
- Retrieves the quote from QT Sea into the SeaLOG Invoice Entry and input the expected costs and revenues for the shipment
- Generates invoices
- Resolves billing errors raised by Disputes Team.
- Performs other duties as assigned - Perform adhoc duties --bulk invoicing, adding customs entry & quarantine charges, acknowledge Salog File
- Training of back up or new hires.
- Analyzes issues and attends to escalations and disputes
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree Holder (Business/Logistics Related)
With 2 years experience in either Logistics, Finance and IT is an advantage
Intermediate Skills: MS Outlook
Basic Skills: MS Excel
Solid knowledge of international geography
Good Communication Skills
Ability to work 7:00-16:00 (local time)
Ability to work on Philippine Holidays
