Reports To: HIG Group Supervisor
Job Level Required: Must be a college level preferably working experience and have a good track record in his/her previous employment. He must have at least 2 years of experience in government and private hospital sales operations.
Office Location: Cogon Ramos, Cebu City (landmark: near Sacred Heart Center)
Salary & Benefits:
· 14,000-16,000 monthly depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
The Hospital Sales Representative is responsible of the company's successful bid participation and in complying the needed documentations to speed up deliveries and collections of account receivables. He will coordinate with the stocks analyst for the needed inventories that conform the parameters set by the BAC of the BId entity such as expirations dates, notice of cancellation and notice of delivery extensions. He will be assisting in the resolution of customer complaints , provide inputs and insights of trade business scenarion which includes but not limited to planning, implementation and evaluation of sales strategies sales & and objectives to create and increase product propositions and the achievement of sales objectives. He will develop private hospital business thru inclusion of new SKUs in coordination with suppliers concerned. He will conduct monthly business reviews to uncover hospital needs that GMPI can fill-in the gap.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy:
1. Work on inclusion of other SKUs from existing hospital product portfolio.
2. Provide assistance in the consignment of new SKUs in government accounts and monitoring of movements thereafter.
3. Map other drugs and medical supplies SKUs with Majesty suppliers as potential drives for growth.
4. Maintains awareness of competitive products and developments in related area of market trends.
5. Determines other sales and marketing development needs of the hospitals and submits recommendations to the Sales Head for approval and immediate action.
6. Monitors competitors' activities and strategies and report thereafter to his/her superior.
7. Consistently observes market dominance within the area.
8. Establishes and maintains excellent PR to customers .
9. Ensure accounts serviceability at all times
Collaboration
1. Coordinates with the Sales Head/Merchandising section.
Analytics
To trade developments and business opportunities by monitoring activities of its competitors and prepare a plan of action for recommendation to the Sales Manager. Prepares pre and post activity analysis, surveys and submit results/reports for evaluation by the Sales Head. Provides technical assistance on in-store promotions to outlets and distributors. Responsible for the accounts receivable management of the outlets assigned in the area. Assist accounting department for the resolutions of any AR issues encountered. Gathers feedback and concerns from customers and relays the same to the department concerned for immediate response or plan of action. Ensures that all marketing activities of principals and Majesty are cascaded to customers Complies with company rules and regulations. Performs other functions as assigned by the Superior from time to time or when the need arises.
Qualifications:
· Must be a college level preferably with working experience and good track record in his/her employment.
· With excellent communication skills both oral and written.
· Must be computer literate, especially in excel and power point applications.
· He/She can speak local dialect of assigned territory.
· He must have at least 2 years of experience in private and government operations.
