Position Summary
 
The Residential Care Representative serves as the primary point of contact for residents and their families. This position ensures the highest level of customer service, resolves concerns, coordinates care or services, and supports a positive living experience for all residents.
 
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and care teams
Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, requests, or concerns
Ensure resident satisfaction through active listening, problem-solving, and follow-up
Assist with onboarding new residents and explaining care services
Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to schedule services or address issues
Maintain accurate and confidential resident records
Monitor resident feedback and report trends or concerns to leadership
Uphold all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to residential care
Qualifications
 
Required:
Senior High school Graduate; some college preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism
Proficient with computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
