Job Description
Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promote and cross-sell value-added services to various customers.
Must be/have:
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a customer service related industry preferably a call center job
• a Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
• proficient in using a computers and related technologies
• with above average communication skills in English
• willing to start immediately
• confident and professional in speaking to customers
• must have valid NBI (6 months to 1 year validity from date of joining)
• willing to work in shifting schedules
• willing to be assigned in Vertis North Q.C
