Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, providing email-based support to the client and answering any social media-based enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Assists and respond to customers with inquiries, answers basic questions, and suggests various options that are available.
Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution.
Documents customer problems and inputs in the system.
A passion for fitness, health, and helping people.
A good command of the English language written and verbal with excellent communication skills.
Excellent keyboard skills.
A basic understanding of social media platforms.
Prior experience in a customer service-based role and/or have a personal training background.
A tertiary level qualification is recommended, but not mandatory.
The ability to demonstrate professionalism, friendliness and show initiative as part of an already established team.
