Purpose:
The role's responsibility will cover setting of strategic direction, implementation of key priorities, managing of business performance and operational processes, possible development of talents, and effective collaboration with local and possibly global stakeholders. The role will have full P&L accountability.
The position is responsible for achieving financial objectives through acceleration of growth of all products driving efficiency in terms of OPEX and Go-to-Market approach, leading with innovation through partnership-focused solutions, and reinventing the way we work through championing agility and entrepreneurial mindset.
Main responsibilities:
Is accountable for the management of the relationship with alliances partners in order to maximize value creation and minimize risks inherent to contractual relationships.
Ensures governance and creates alignment among internal stakeholders and partners to realize the intended strategic and financial objectives of the collaborative contractual relationship.
Leads across and ensures overall performance of complex alliances assigned
Contributes to the optimization of alliance management framework through process, methods and communication plans.
Builds and Maintain relationships with customers and major suppliers relevant to the performance of the business
Participates in Business Development projects, supporting early to late-stage deals.
Leads necessary governance, interfaces, processes, and project management activities
Leads or supports deal project management and transaction execution
Leads or participates in due diligence execution as part of development and maintenance of partnerships
Leads business development in doing scenario simulation on various projects and initiatives
Provide deep-dive analytics to turn data into actionable insight
Evaluate company's product pricing structure vis a vis competition
Manage and monitor development of tools aimed to address and support the needs of commercial teams
Provide high quality, proactive leadership and support to the Foundation General Manager
About you
Experience: Must have relevant years of experience in the same role, preferably from pharmaceutical industry
Soft skills: Must have strategic vision, people leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, excellent organizational skills, innovative thinking, and execution
Technical skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Education: Bachelor degree
Languages: English and Filipino
