Group Insurance Financial Service Senior Analyst Minimum 6 months experience 6 months experience in a subject matter expert or supervisory role in a front-office (voice) call center environment preferably in a customer-service facing role Minimum 1-year experience in any account or case or project management work (preferably Case management work with experience reviewing eligibility, determining appropriate benefits that apply and establishing a case management plan.) University degree holder Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must pass Berlitz B2 or Versant score of 58 and above or equivalent B2 proficiency level from other language proficiency assessment (LPA) process following the Common European Framework for Reference (CEFR) for the English Language upon hire.) Strong customer service focus and call handling skills
Experience and Skills Preferred
Absence and/or Disability Insurance experience Claims reviews/audit experience or US Healthcare Administration/Management experience Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and/or Absence and Disability claims management process Basic knowledge of medical terminology, acronyms, and abbreviations
