You will be working for our Client in Australia, providing shared services office support for small and medium business in the USA, UK and Australia. As a Global Service Specialist, you will be assigned to a number of different clients. As the role requires working with clients across different time zones, you must be willing to work on a rotational shifts - morning, afternoon or night.
Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calls including making bookings, taking orders and answering general inquiries;
Respond to emails and Live Chats; and
Support the workload of other Shared Support Team during periods of low-work volume.
Requirements
As this is a Work-From-Home (WFH) requirements, you must have the following equipment on Day 1:
PC or Laptop running Windows 7 or later;
PLDT, Globe or Converge Fibr Service (min 10MBPS);
Ability to connect to your internet from a LAN cable;
Dedicated work area in your home in a quiet environment; and
Backup Internet Connection (LTE Wifi).
Within 3 months of your start date, it is also expected that you will have a backup power supply in case of outages.
