The Role
 
As General Manager, you will be the operational and financial leader of the entire Stumpers enterprise. This is not a passive, office-based position. You will be a hands-on, high-visibility leader who lives and breathes the Stumpers brand. Your mission is to be a fantastic inspiration to the entire team, motivating them to deliver a "business class" experience with passion and precision. You will be entrusted with transforming a visionary master plan into a profitable, flawlessly executed reality.
 
Key Responsibilities:
P&L Command: Take full and absolute ownership of the resort's Profit & Loss statement, with a mandate to drive profitability through disciplined financial management, ruthless cost control, and operational excellence.
Team Forging: Recruit, lead, and mentor the senior command team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and fanatical attention to detail.
Operational Mastery: Masterfully execute the resort's sophisticated "two-speed" operational model-managing the profitable "Weekday Vibe" and the brand-defining "Saturday Spectacle"-with impeccable consistency.
Strategic Execution: Implement and manage the non-negotiable "Zoned & Tiered Activation" principle across all facilities to strategically control costs, optimize staffing, and build perceived value for premium events.
Community Leadership: Serve as a key leader in our "Uswag Badian" community development initiative, a formal Public-Private Partnership with the Badian LGU that forms the strategic moat of our enterprise.

A Competitive Compensation Package: A monthly base salary of PHP 50,000 - PHP 80,000, commensurate with your experience and track record.
