The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with technology, have strong communication skills, and must be a fast learner. You will work directly with brokers, buy side customers, custodians and other interested parties. The position requires intensive follow-up of current and outstanding issues. Candidates with a background or very strong interest in electronic trading and institutional trading including derivatives like options and futures trading will have a unique advantage. Role Responsibilities Handle all incoming inquiries from external clients and internal stakeholders Log all inquiries, and track every ticket through to resolution in Salesforce CRM Investigate and resolve client issues related to trade execution Resolve technical issues in conjunction with application support, network, and development teams Perform specific pre-approved tasks according to the preset Operations Procedures Identify and communicate urgent issues that may have associated P/L and franchise risk Build knowledge of the market place and keep up with current industry trends Essential Skills & Experience Understanding of the FX, equities, and derivatives markets Understanding of electronic trading platforms and trading workflow management Strong trading platform support skills Customer focused with excellent communication skills, written and verbal Independent problem solver able to leverage knowledge, tools, logic, and relationships Desired Skills & Experience Experience within trade support in either FX, equities, options, futures, fixed income Knowing of trade clearing and prime brokerage Treasury Management Systems Salesforce CRM At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
